Monica Beck Glover has always treated education as a springboard, not a finish line. After earning her Juris Doctor, she went on to complete a Master of Business Administration.     

  

Monica began her career in law but quickly turned her focus to improving healthcare delivery. Initially recruited for her legal expertise, she transitioned into an internal consulting role, where she streamlined operations for a 300-employee healthcare organization.    

  

This experience revealed the intricate connection between law, policy, and patient care - driving her to pursue a Master of Health Laws to deepen her understanding and influence meaningful change within the system.   The advanced training gave Monica a multi-dimensional view of healthcare delivery and the inefficiencies burdening both patients and providers – and she set out to change that.     

  

As CEO of Onsite Imaging Solutions, Monica built the operational infrastructure from the ground up, streamlined logistics by developing proprietary software, and developed processes that dramatically improved patient access and turnaround times. Her systems became the model for modern mobile imaging nationwide.     

  

In recognition of her leadership and innovation, Monica received the 2016 Hendrix College Humanitarian Award, honoring her work in expanding compassionate, accessible, and state-of-the-art diagnostics to vulnerable populations.     

    

After the acquisition of Onsite by a private equity firm in 2016, Monica and Jason co-founded Tricore Capital, beginning with investments in real estate, private lending, and process improvement for mid-market businesses.  She now works with employers to strengthen compliance with healthcare regulatory requirements and fiduciary standards, all while implementing benefit structures that ensure employees receive effective, coordinated care from physicians who have the time and capacity to shepherd them through complex medical decisions.

Jason Beck, M.D.

From the start of his medical career, Dr. Jason Beck balanced a healer’s heart with an entrepreneur’s drive. Combining his passions for technology and medicine, Jason chose to specialize in Diagnostic Radiology followed by a fellowship in Neuroradiology.    

  

Seeking the flexibility to practice medicine while pursuing entrepreneurial interest, Jason founded Arkansas Specialty Radiology in 2006 as an innovative practice model to serve the states physician owned hospitals and clinics.    

During this time Jason also completed board certification in Lifestyle Medicine, an emerging field addressing the root cause of chronic disease through lifestyle modifications.   

  

In 2010, Jason partnered with his sister Monica to launch Onsite Imaging Solutions. He designed the company’s clinical and technical framework, combining existing technologies to deliver state-of-the-art digital imaging and instant report delivery tailored to the long-term care industry. Under their joint leadership, Onsite grew to become the statewide leader in mobile diagnostics—offering faster results, better comfort, and reduced costs.     

  

For this work, Hendrix College awarded Jason the 2016 Humanitarian Award, acknowledging his contribution to patient-centered innovation and his commitment to improving community health.     

  

Following Onsite’s acquisition by a private equity firm, Jason and Monica founded Tricore Capital in 2016, initially focusing on real estate, private lending, and creating operational efficiencies for mid-sized companies. As the firm grew, Jason began steering its efforts back toward healthcare—the field that shaped his career and remains his passion.   

 

He now leverages his medical expertise to support employers in aligning their health plans with evidence-based care standards, while implementing delivery models that improve clinical effectiveness and ensure employees receive comprehensive, physician-led support throughout the healthcare continuum. 

  

A radiologist turned reformer, Jason continues to bridge medicine and management—investing in solutions that build transparency, improve care coordination, and realign value throughout the healthcare system.
